How Our Network Works
Talk to a local coating provider
Who You Talk To
Jamesonce Floor Coating is a referral service. When you call or send a request, you are routed toward an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. It does the work, sets the price and stands behind its own warranty.
What the Provider May Ask
Expect a short set of plain questions. They help the provider judge the job.
- Which type of floor: garage, basement, porch or workshop?
- About how large is the space?
- Is there old paint, a prior coating or visible cracks?
- Does the slab ever get damp, or is there a sump pump nearby?
- When would the work fit your household?
Photos can help. Have them ready if you can.
Questions to Put to a Provider
You are hiring them, so ask directly. Keep the list short and write down the answers.
- How will you prepare the concrete, and how do you check for moisture?
- Which product do you suggest, such as epoxy or polyaspartic, and why?
- How many days will the floor be out of use?
- What does the warranty cover, and who issues it?
- Can I get the quote in writing, with the scope listed?
Costs vary by floor size, condition and product. Typical U.S. ranges differ from job to job, so a written quote matters more than any rough number.
The Decision Is Yours
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can compare quotes, ask for another provider or step away. Quote in writing before you agree to start.
